Shipping Information

At Ezi Reach, we strive to provide a seamless shipping experience for all our customers.  Due to the size and weight of our Cargo Trays, all orders are carefully packaged and shipped on a pallet to ensure safe and secure delivery. We work with reliable freight companies and will provide tracking details once your order is on its way. For any questions regarding shipping, delivery times, or packaging, our team is here to assist you every step of the way.

Shipping Policies

Processing Time

Once Ezi Reach receives your order, it will be processed and prepared for delivery or pickup within 2-3 business days.  Just so you know, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or an increased volume of orders.

Please note that products that have to be re-stocked or custom-made can have a 3-4 week delivery estimate.

Shipping Rates

Our shipping rates are as follows:

  • Orders over $1000: free shipping in Australia
  • Light weight orders (eg. Anchor Loops): 
  • Heavy weight orders (eg Side Boxes):
  • Internation Orders: Quoted per order

Delivery Times

Delivery times are dependent on the shipping location.  Typically, orders are delivered within 4-7 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship Australia-wide.  Internation orders are available on request.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.  You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.  Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to become available.

Order Packaging

Please note that Ezi Reach’s primary products are Cargo Trays, which are large and can weigh up to 110kg once packaged.  All cargo trays are securely packaged in a cardboard box and fastened to a wooden pallet for safe transport.  We recommend using a forklift to handle the pallet.  If a forklift is not available at the delivery location, the freight company can arrange one.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, delays can sometimes occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs.  We are not responsible for these delays but will work with you and the freighting company to resolve any issues that arise.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@ezireach.com.au. We will promptly investigate the issue and assist with filing claims with the shipping carrier.

Additionally, shipping insurance is available for purchase during checkout. This insurance ensures that your order will arrive intact, or a refund/compensation will be issued by the carrier in the event of damage or loss.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.  Ezi Reach is not responsible for delays or undelivered packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.  Any fees associated with package re-direction will be the responsibility of the customer.

International Shipping

International orders are available at request.  Please visit our Contact Us page and fill out the form for International Order Inquiries.  We will then contact you and assist you through the ordering process.
